Thanksgiving Day at the J.L. and Helen English Farm

The English Family gathered at the Farm on Mayfield Road in Alpharetta to celebrate Thanksgiving.  It was a lovely day and all who gathered celebrated being a part of such a wonderful and loving family.

Christmas Card Photo Gone Astray

The day started with an attempt to get a Christmas Card photo made before we got stufed with turkey.  Some family members did not feet like participating.

Millie had too many good smells to chase down in the pasture.

Finally a good shot, but look in the back ground. Do you see Millie, the English Springer Spaniel?

I hope you had a great Thanksgiving :)

T   for time to be together, turkey, talk and tangy weather

H   for harvest stored away, home and hearth and holiday

for Autumn's frosty art, and abundance in the heart

N   for neighbors and November, nice things, new things to remember

K   for kitchen, kettle's croon, kith and kin expected soon

S   for sizzles, sights and sounds, and something special that abounds

That spells THANKS for joy in living
