I often get asked who I recommend to do remodeling in my former clients Atlanta homes. After families have lived in a home a few years they usually find there are a couple of things they would like to change. They love the home but they just want to update some aspect of it. Maybe the master bathroom has a basic tub/shower combination and lime green ceramic tile. Or perhaps they just want to finish out the basement and have a Rec room and teen suite to take advantage unfinished basement space.
I have just the answer for clients and friends who are looking for someone to counsel them about a remodeling project. My brother-inlaw, Paul English, is a professional homebuilder who is doing remodeling full time because of the current economic conditions.
Paul has been building homes since 1983. Paul was president of the DeKalb County Chapter of the National HomebuildersAssociation, has appeared in three episiodes of HGTV 's Curb Appeal and is fully licensed and insured.
Paul does not cut corners so he will not be the cheapest bid you receive for a project. He honors his warranties so he uses materials and subcontractors that result in a finished product that will withstand the test of time.
Paul and his wife Dani live in Milton, Georgia, near Alpharetta. They have two children who attend Milton High School. Which is coincidentally where my husband Tim and his brother Paul went to High School.Between football, baseball and girl's softball games they stay pretty busy on the weekends!
Paul and Dani live on a 5 acre farm where they have horses and lots of other animals and pets.

In answer to your questions I cant say yes because we dont have basements in Miami, it's all water. Just joking. Great plug for Paul!
Paul deserves all the plugs I can give him. He is a teddy bear of a man and looks after my husband's parents (91 and 85) who live independently on a 40 acre farm in North Fulton near Crabapple. Paul is always helping out when people get in a jam and he deserves an "attaboy" for his efforts.
